Hause Blend

Hause Blend is a small hole in the wall shop with a really clean and warm vibe to it. The architecture features lots of natural wood and clean lines, making itself very organic and inviting as it houses both a coffee shop and a bakery.

If you were to roll in on a weekday morning, you’d be welcomed by the smell of fresh, seasonal baked goods, hot coffee, and the sound of Low Swimmer and Joji playing in the background.

House Blend curates specialty coffees from around the world as they come into season, and then offers a baked good for a limited time with a complementary flavor pairing. They feature coffees like this Ethiopia from Cairo Coffee Collective and advertise it with a cardamom chocolate biscotti and baclava.

The shop owner cares deeply about eliminating food and beverage waste from their shop, and donates a portion of the first produce of their baked goods and coffee, along with their experimental batches of baked goods and coffee to soup kitchens and food pantries in the community.
