Grove Coffee Co.

Grove is a coffee shop I imagine existing outside of some US National Park. Its mid-century modern, yet camper aesthetic really lends itself to a beautiful indoor space as well as an equally comfortable and scenic outdoor space with an immaculate view.

I like to imagine Grove is the type of environment to play Glen Campbell or John Denver in the early opening hours, while also being able to bump Saba or MF Doom on the low in the afternoons when business picks up as people trickle in after finishing their morning hikes.

They’re known for roasting their own beans that they wholesale to select buyers, and for their signature cold brew that they make in house for their iconic cold brew bar. Featuring drinks like their peach cobbler cream cold brew with cinnamon cold foam, and their award winning drink the “Cold Fashioned” made with whiskey barrel cold brew, orange syrup, and garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a maraschino cherry.

Being in their wooded, outdoorsy location, they’ve made the decision to donate 10% of all of their profits year round to helping preserve national parks.
